Delivery areas and charges

South Africa: free standard delivery on qualifying orders of R599 or more. Standard delivery below R599 is R100. Discounts may affect eligibility; review the final shipping charge at checkout.

Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Availability depends on the items in your order and your destination. Please review the final order total, including delivery, before paying.

If no delivery option is available for your address, contact us before placing an order. Any free-shipping offer must be reflected in your checkout total to apply.

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days. Please allow this time when planning your purchase.

Where an estimate is provided, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly stated otherwise. Public holidays and courier delays may affect delivery. This does not limit your rights if an order is late or cannot be fulfilled.

Your delivery details

Check your name, street address, suburb, city and postal code before paying. Include any unit number and delivery instructions needed to locate you. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly with your order number; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking and delivery issues

Use any tracking details supplied with your dispatch update. If you have not received an update, your parcel is delayed, or tracking says delivered but you cannot locate it, email us with your order number so we can investigate.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Keep the packaging where possible and contact us with details and photographs if available. See our returns and refunds policy for the next steps and your rights.
